We handle every step ourselves, so you know what is in the bag.

Harvest
Walnuts are shaken down and gathered by hand in early autumn.

Hulling
The green outer husk comes off within a day or two to keep the shell clean.

Drying
Sun and shade drying brings the moisture down so the kernel stays fresh.

Grading
Sorted by size and colour. Cracked and dark nuts are set aside.

Packing
Sealed in retail packs or bulk cartons, then dispatched.
